We are seeking an organized, go-getter for Senior Account Manager manager with experience in luxury consumer or entertainment fields. This is an opportunity to lead two high profile clients. The ideal person is one who can diplomatically and effectively influence people and loves to keep pace in a fast moving environment.

4-6 years ad agency experience.
Relevant client experience within the luxury household goods and family entertainment categories
Ability to handle multiple projects at any one time is essential.
Demonstrated experience developing strategic plans, brand positioning, creative briefs and project management.
College degree, MBA not required, but c’mon, it’s even better if you have one.
The primary focus will be to manage two major clients for the agency:
A well-established client, nationally recognized as a leader in family entertainment
A manufacturer of luxury home furnishings
Has a voracious appetite for learning about your clients businesses and the world of advertising.
Sets a motivational tone and establishes a high degree of optimism focused on the people you work with and the clients we work for.
Is outgoing and persuasive and very comfortable meeting new people. Optimistic and upbeat in appearance, flexible with others, and uses a diplomatic, persuasive “selling” communication style.
Is a good listener that will glean the important information from team and client and be able to interpret and succinctly articulate that information
Derives energy from others and gives positive energy right back to them – whether it is in the actual work environment or simply in a social situation.
Is very flexible, adaptable to change and pressure, due to shifting priorities or deadlines. You respond positively to unpredictable situations or problems that can occur throughout their work responsibilities.
Sometimes perceived as impatient, but in reality driven to react quickly and juggle tasks simultaneously. Pushes yourself and those around you to perform at peak levels.
Has a high emotional IQ – attentive to the needs of others, but keeps an eye on the objective needs of the situation.

Engages proactively in using agency resources to develop and presenting strategic direction for accounts in partnership with the account director and to own all project management of related client initiatives.

You have the ability to articulate strategic viewpoints verbally, as well as in writing.
Leverage the agency planning resources for development and presentation of strategic account plans, presentations.
Above all, execute marketing programs that yield the desired business results for our clients.
Clearly understand and leverage primary marketing channels – digital, print, social, paid media – to achieve client objectives.
Successfully manage, maintain and build client relationships to support agency growth.
Maintain proactive communications with both client and agency on account and status of projects.
Own project management for all account initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet or exceed client expectations
Articulate, and adhere to, agreed upon project directives and production guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with creative, production and other teams to facilitate and complete client initiatives.
Responsible for developing the positioning strategy for all creative projects
Sell the positioning strategy (creative brief) to clients and present to creative upon client approval.
Great writing skills are a must. You know how to pen compelling and succinct points of view.
You are extremely comfortably presenting the agency’s POV/Creative in a compelling, engaging non-combative way to clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare accurate and timely internal communication: conference reports, status reports, budgets, etc.
