Originally from Fort Worth, Lindsey Giles found her way back home after graduating from Baylor University. Her career has taken many forms, including managing large-scale fundraising events, owning and operating a CrossFit gym, and discovering the joy in helping others shine in their roles as an Executive Assistant. Lindsey is at her best when she’s building relationships and creating the kind of support systems that keep the office running smoothly and her team thriving.
Outside the office, you may find her sweating it out at CrossFit, attending live theatre performances, or spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two very spoiled furry friends. From the moment she walked into Schaefer, she felt a contagious positive energy that convinced her this was the team she wanted to be a part of — and we’re certainly glad she’s here.

- She was voted Most Spirited Cheerleader in high school every year
- She used to take clogging and even danced on the Opryland stage in Nashville as a teenager
- Growing up she had a pet ferret that roamed the house freely
