Before coming to Schaefer, Meredith was an account service and analytics intern at a different agency in Fort Worth, where she met another Schaefer Squirrel, Jacqline. After graduating from ACU in 2019 with degrees in Marketing and Management and a fellowship in Entrepreneurship, Meredith earned the Account Coordinator position over Healthcare. At Schaefer, Meredith ensures that our healthcare clients receive outstanding communication, and approaches problem solving with an entrepreneurial mindset. She is an expert plate spinner who is capable of juggling multiple client deadlines against internal creative capabilities.
When she’s not making our client’s dream come true, Meredith can be found baking, or using Ina Garten’s ‘Back to Basics’ cookbook to create amazing home-cooked meals. She is the youngest of five children, and she loves being an aunt and spending quality time with her family at the lake, or snow skiing anywhere in the United States, but she has a soft spot for Red River, New Mexico.
