It’s not rocket science that Catherine found herself as the Director of Talent, Culture & HR here at Schaefer. Catherine has been around the stars all of her life. Her dad worked at NASA for 48 years, and he always told her anything was possible. Today, she’s using the STAR method to recruit standout talent and cultivate a space where those stars can rise!
Catherine just moved to Fort Worth with her husband. They have a son, two daughters, a son-in-law and a dog. Her biggest talent is joining companies during periods of growth and change. Catherine loves to sing and can do it in both French and Spanish. Her stardom has even reached the American Airlines Center stage where you might find her performing alongside Demi Lovato and Hugh Jackman.

- Catherine sings with The Women’s Chorus of Dallas, The Dallas Symphony, and has made appearances with the Turtle Creek Chorale. She has performed live on stage with some of the biggest names in music
- She is an avid Texas Longhorns sports fan
