Charlie serves as VP, Creative Director and is responsible for harnessing Schaefer’s creative muscle. He is notorious for asking many questions and challenging the borders of projects in pursuit of the right solution for clients. Branding and identity design are his passions. Charlie loves building from the ground up and bringing to life the full story of our clients’ brands. He manages a crazy talented team of art directors, designers, writers and interns, and regularly contributes his talents to mentoring students from local universities.
